But very few series have navigated the treacherous and wondrous four years of American college that follow. The show revolves around four year-old freshmen girls who are assigned the same room. The quartet includes Bela Amrit Kaur , an aspiring comedy writer who is obsessed with writing for the school's prestigious comedy publication and having sex with a guy with abs; the doe-eyed, small-town scholarship student from Arizona, Kimberly Pauline Chalamet, yes she's related to the other famous Chalamet who is incapable of detecting sarcasm; Whitney Alyah Chanelle Scott , a famous senator's daughter and soccer star who is having an affair with her coach; and Leighton Renee Rapp , a rich and jaded legacy student who isn't open about her sexuality.
