A Selma man arrested over the weekend, accused of receiving child pornography, told agents he has a soiled-diaper fetish, according to the FBI. Taking a liking to soiled diapers, or having a collection of them, is not a crime. Hinojos was charged with receiving child pornography as a result of an online investigation that included information provided by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
